Skills Development

Promoting needs based technical and vocational training to equip and empower youth with improved skills for productive employment for the future.

About Skills Development

The combination of our current economic climate, high unemployment rates and alarming skills shortages are the biggest recipe for unending disaster in South Africa.

Unemployment in the Mbhashe Municipality is higher than 70%. There is a huge lack of skills such as sustainable agricultural practices, carpentry, welding, plumbing, electronics, innovative dwelling construction and small business management.
